Went for a week long stay and was left very happy! Some say the rooms are old-fashioned, but there’s so much to do you won’t be staying in them much. The location is incredible - farsha is right next door, the beach has a very lively reef and old market is only 30 walk minutes away. Loved the hotel territory design and how authentic it looked! Always a great variety of food to choose from for any taste, but the chefs make it even better by their attitude - they are always extremely friendly, some refer to you by your name, and always helpful in recommending food and explaining what’s in it/how to make it. The chefs definitely have my heart!!! Just like them, all the other staff greet you with a smile and are always eager to help with whatever you need help with, this includes the cleaners, bartenders, receptionists, beach staff etc. Would like to also separately thank Tony the bartender who was one of the highlights of me and my mothers stay, as well as many others. Animation team is incredible - always energetic and cheerful, and make you feel included in activities no matter the language barrier or age. Mezo came up to us as soon as we moved in and introduced us to many daily activities, we will miss him and Matilda and Mateo, who have been super attentive, very very much. All in all extremely happy with our stay, hoping to come back someday.

Nice place to chill and rest. Hotel it’s ok, built 20 years ago. Food good You can find something for yourself. I don’t made photos rooms because it’s nothing special. Little darkness with loud air conditioner, but that’s was for plus because I don’t wanted spend time in the room. Staff is very helpful, funny and friendly. You can’t invite someone to hotel, because they are very restrict…

We have stayed here during 1st week of September 2023. Rooms are clean, showers are not very big and comfortable, and they are old. Staff is amazing, thanks to each of them from very heart. I do respect to all the efforts they are making during extreme hot days. Food can be better , they have plenty of options but not very tasty. Drinks; this is the worst part of this hotel. If you are going there , take your alcohol and drinks with you. Drinks are not good, no real alcoholic beverage options (they have some but not good) Sea is perfect and location is just next to Farsha cafe.

Lovely Hotel with different pools and beach access. Just be warned that there are a lot of stairs to go down to the beach, however they have some sort of tuktuk transport. Food was basic but okay and the service was always friendly. This place is mainly full with italian/russian guests. The Farisha next door is a great spot for sunsets

One of the few hotels which the older is the better is becoming. I always liked that place for it's Egyptian touch. When I coming here, I know where I am, I don't feel the generic style present on this type of resorts. Currently, part of the hotel is undergoing modernization, which does not affect the functioning of the hotel at all. It is clear that it was planned precisely and is carrying out efficiently. Renovated buildings and rooms look elegant and modern. Thanks to good design, they haven't lost their Egyptian uniqueness. When it comes to cleanliness, I must admit that it is really good. Super friendly staff does everything to make guests feel taken care of. Finally, the cherry on the top! The food is delicious!!!! Varied, fresh, lots of vegetables, salads, delicious grilled meats, seasonal fruits in large quantities! Exotic views and a beautiful coral reef complement the pleasure of stay at Faraana Reef!
